Our Values drive everything we do. 


Our promise to you is that we take care of what matters and to do that, we have Values that guide the way we interact with our team members, our customers and our community.

‌Our Values are what makes us, and will provide a compass for behaviour and decision making at all levels, holding ourselves and each other to account. We celebrate where we see our Values in action and call it out when they are not, setting the tone of our culture, identifying what our organisation, as a whole cares about.
